Carmel Country Highlands is home to six subdivisions: Steeplechase, Carriage Run, Bridleridge, Belmont, Derby Hill, and Lexington. With more development planned, Pardee Homes is encasing the area in beautiful houses and lots. In future years, bridges and roads will be further opened up, and traffic will increase. Carmel Country Highlands has just over 800 homes. Currently, Steeplechase contains 209 homes, while the subdivisions of Lexington and Belmont hover between 140 and 155. Bridleridge has 242 homes. The average price per square foot in the slightly more economical townhomes is about $550, making the sticker price hover at $700,000.
